Transport Conditions of Shipments:
The shipments can be realised to the entire national territory, including outside the Peninsula, to Europe and also to the remaining international countries.
The shipments to the Spanish Peninsula and to the places outside of the Peninsula are sent by means of the courier company Envialia to be paid on delivery. For this reason, no minimum order value is being applied.
The shipments that are sent to Europe and to the rest of the international countries have a minimum order value of 25€. The costs for these shipments are pre-paid by the sender. The shipments to the European countries are being organised via the courier company Mailboxes /UPS and via the courier company Fedex for the rest of the international countries. The shipment costs are added to the final value of the order placed for any articles and will be including in the same invoice.

The cost of the shipment is being calculated considering the value of the order. The following percentages will be applied:
Shipments to European Countries 20% of the value of the order
(except for Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino)
Shipments to other International Countries 25% of the value of the order
(including Switzerland, Guernsey, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino)
The customs tax (outgoing as well as at the final destination) are not included and will have to be paid directly by the client.
Handling time, transit times and availability:
• In order to send products in stock we require between 24 hours and 48 hours for the handling of each order. The transit time is being calculated once the handling of the order has been completed.
• Unavailable Products: In case of not having the requested products available for its immediate shipment we will get in contact with the client via email or by telephone and we will consult with him if he wishes to wait for the article, to change it or to cancel it.
