Returning of Goods:

The time frame for returning any goods is 7 days, counted from the date of the delivery of your order. The articles must be returned in perfect working order and in the original packing. In the case of having mistakenly supplied you with defective products, we will take care of its return without any delay. The expenses of the return shipment will be paid for by ULTRAMAGIC, S.A., for defective articles, however, this does not apply to any erroneous orders due a confusion of the client. In order to arrange for the return, we request that you get in contact with us, by means of electronic mail at shop@ultramagic.com in order to be to take care of it correctly.
