- Can the order be received at an address that is different from the usual one?
Yes. When realising the order you will be asked to specify the address for the delivery of the particular order.
- Is it possible to chose the day and hour of the delivery?
No. It will not be possible to choose the day and hour of the delivery. The shipments within the national territories of Spain will be delivered within 24 hours during normal business hours.
- How is the amount of the shipping costs calculated?
Before the confirmation of the order, we request that you consult the percentage of the costs of the transport applied to the value of the order in the section “Conditions of transport of the shipments” of this document. The national shipments are being paid for on delivery.
- What happens if there is nobody at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery?
The courier company will contact with the client to arrange for a second free delivery. For that reason it is important that the telephone number that we have in your customer details is updated. In case of not being present at the second delivery the shipment will be ready for your pick-up in the warehouse of the courier company for several days. In case of the final hand over of the shipment not taking place successfully, the costs of the order as well as the transport and the return will be at the charge of the client.
